Registration Process for Landlords.

Wired-Up Property Management Agency is an authority in Soweto Property Management. We are the largest property manager in Soweto and one of the best industry players in Johannesburg. Our company coordinates property management activities from over 12 different locations. Our extensive knowledge of Kasi dynamics and the 10 years of urban experience allows us to be the greatest and give a "Kick Ass Service", offering our clients a broad, complete and integrated services with a specialization in property management.


Our Registration Process is as follows:


Landlords can Register online by clicking the Register Landlord Icon, or alternatively they can walk into our offices with a copy of their ID, Banking Details, Proof of Res (if available) and a complete application form (which can be downloaded on our website), and lastly a Registration Fee of R500. Upon submission of these documents, one of our friendly service agents will process the registration then present the Landlord with a membership card which allows them to access services such as our Property Lawyers, Electricians, Plumbers, Builders and Cleaners at a discounted price. We then send a certificate confirming the completion of the registration process via email.


1. Once a Property is registered on our systems, we send assessors to go assess the property to see whether it's in great, good or bad condition for leasing.

2. The condition of the property will determine the type of conversation  the Landlord will have with Wired-Up. The same property findings will also outline the amount of work Wired-Up will have to carry through before they start sending potential tenants for viewing.

3. Should the property be in great or good condition for leasing, the property manager will start sending potential tenants who've undergone and passed our screening processes to view the property and if they like it, they'll sign on the dotted-line then occupy their New Home.

4. However, should the assessment prove that the property is in bad condition for leasing, the property manager will start with their maintenance process. Our maintenance includes: Painting, fixing & replacing broken doors, windows, tiles, ceiling, taps, showers, toilets, sink, lights, wiring, carpentry and plumbing.

5. Once all maintenance is done; the property manager will start sending potential tenants for viewing and occupation.

1. Property Assessment - Done before and after property occupation.

2. Maintenance and Upgrades - Done before and after property occupation.

3. Tenant Screening Process - which includes confirmation of tenants employment status, rent history, etc. 

4. Collection of Rent money - We collect Rent money from all tenants from the 25th to 31st of each month then deposit it to Landlord's by the 1st of the following month.

5. Hire cleaners, gardeners, security, facilities, care takers - who monitors the property everyday or twice a week, handy man - that visits on request to fix broken windows, doors, electrical appliances etc.

6. There's also extra services that we offer which will revolutionize the industry we in. Our clients have 24/7 access to:

  •  Super Nanny for kids of all ages and elderly people.
  • Laundromat services - washing and iron of cloths, cartons and blankets.
  • House/Home cleaning services - from your yard to inside your house.
Registration Process for Tenants.

We only lease our property to tenants registered to be our clients and who've passed all screening processes.


Registration:

To be our registered tenant one can do it online by clicking the Register Tenant Icon, alternatively they can walk into our offices with a copy of ID, Banking Details, Proof of Res (if available), Proof of Employment, and a complete application form (which can be downloaded on our website), and lastly a Registration Fee of R250. Upon submission of these documents, our friendly service agents will process the Registration then present the tenant with a membership card that allows them to access services such as our Eviction Lawyers, Laundromat, Cleaners, Moving Services from our partners (Girls On The Move: which are a proudly South African moving and relocation company based in Gauteng. They move locally and nationally) and get massive discounts. In all mentioned services tenants with membership cards receive up to 75% discount. Few weeks later they'll receive a certificate confirming the completion of the registration process.

1. Move between properties - our tenants have a luxury or switching properties at no cost to them.

2. Moving Services - our clients can move in and out of our properties at no charge.

3. Membership Card - our clients receive this card which grants them access to services which they receive massive discounts.


Services such as:
